What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website and of our client portal. The work we do for a client is covered by a separate written agreement with that client. Where the two differ, the service agreement takes precedence.

What we do

We provide search engine optimisation, web design, content, local search and advertising services to businesses.

No guarantee of results

Search engines decide what they rank, and they change how they do it without notice. We do not guarantee any particular position, level of traffic, number of enquiries or amount of revenue.

Your account

Where we give you a login to our client portal, you are responsible for keeping it to yourself and for what is done with it. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has your password.

Connecting your Google account

Some of our work needs access to your Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Google Business Profile. You can grant that access, and you can withdraw it at any time. What we read and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Your data

What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Who owns what

Content, designs and materials we produce for you become yours once they are paid for. The systems, software, tools and methods we use to produce them remain ours.

Payment

Fees, billing and notice periods are set out in your service agreement.

This website

This website is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
