Website hosting & ownership

Last updated October 24, 2026 · Creative 360 Pro LLC

This policy explains who owns what, how hosting works and what happens to your website when your services with Creative 360 Pro LLC end. It is part of the Agreement and applies to all clients in 2026, 2027 and after.

Hosting is part of your marketing plan

Website hosting, maintenance, security and backups are provided as part of an active marketing or website care agreement. Hosting is not offered as a stand-alone service. It continues only while your marketing agreement (for example SEO) is active and paid.

When your agreement ends, hosting ends

When your SEO or marketing agreement ends for any reason, your hosting account is terminated at the end of your final paid term. This includes non-renewal, early termination, termination for non-payment and termination after a chargeback.

Moving your website: the migration fee

If you want your website moved to you or to another provider, you must request a migration in writing and pay a one-time migration fee of $750 before the transfer begins. The migration includes:

  • A complete backup of your website files and database, or a transfer of the project to your own account for hosted platforms such as Framer, Webflow, Shopify or WordPress.com.
  • Help transferring your domain and DNS records to your new provider.
  • One coordination call with you or your new agency.

After the transfer, you and your new provider are fully responsible for hosting, updates, security, backups and any issues with the website. Additional help after migration is billed at our standard hourly rate.

Deadline to request a migration

You must request and pay for migration within thirty (30) days after hosting ends. After that, your website, files and backups may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Unpaid balances

We do not transfer websites, files, domains or account ownership until all balances, including remaining term fees and the migration fee, are paid in full.

Who owns what

  • Your domain name: you. We recommend it is registered in your name. If we registered it for you, we will transfer it after your balance is paid.
  • Your content: text, photos, logos and materials you provide remain yours.
  • Your website design: once paid in full, you own the final design and content created for you.
  • Our tools: our templates, code libraries, plugins we developed, processes and know-how remain ours. You keep a license to use those included in your website.
  • Third-party licenses: premium themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software licensed through our accounts do not transfer. You may need to purchase your own licenses after migration.
  • Call tracking numbers and our software accounts: these belong to us and are not transferable.
  • Marketing accounts: your Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console and social media accounts belong to you. We remove our access when services end.

Who owns what: hosting and ownership FAQs

Ownership of your website is set out in your agreement and our Hosting & Ownership Policy, which you can read before you sign. We explain in plain English what you own, what is licensed from third parties, such as themes, plugins or stock photos, and what happens to the site files if you leave.

Your domain name should be registered in your business's name, and we recommend keeping it that way. If we help register or manage it, the Hosting & Ownership Policy explains how ownership and access are handled. Keeping the domain in your name protects your email, website and brand if anything changes.

You own your Google Ads account and other ad accounts, and we manage them with the access you grant. All the history, data and settings stay with your business. The same applies to your Google Business Profile and analytics, which belong to you rather than to us.

If you leave, your Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts stay with you, and we help hand over access. Hosting, site files and any licensed tools are handled as described in the Hosting & Ownership Policy and your agreement. We aim to make the transition clean so your marketing keeps running.

We can host your website or work with hosting you already have. If we host it, the Hosting & Ownership Policy covers how hosting is managed and how the site moves if you go elsewhere. If you host it yourself, we only need the access required to do the agreed work.
